Abstract;

The company Will be presenting today is one of the largest industries in the world of cosmetics, Avon Cosmetics.

Avon was founded in 1886 by Deivid MacConnell, who at 20 years working as a seller of books door to door.

In partnership with a pharmacist friend, began distributing bottles of perfume as a gift for every customer who bought his books, but realized that the perfumes were more successful than doing the books. It was there that the discovered a great deal and joined the great perfume product acceptance by customers and selling door to door.

At the time Deivid had only five choices of fragrances, yet founded in 1886 in a small rented room in downtown New York to California Perfume Company, starting its sales to the household. Deivid with the help of e friend, who was invited by him to work on this project, formed a team of women who have come to play this commercial activity.

Soon the company showed great results and also provided many job opportunities for women, who at the time had no voice.

With the sales success achieved, Avon has expanded
