INTRODUCTION

Tourism has become more and more a popular global leisure activity. In 2010, there were over 940 million international tourist arrivals worldwide, representing a growth of 6.6% when compared to 2009. International tourism receipts grew to US$919 billion (€693 billion) in 2010, in real terms it represents an increase of 4.7%. In tourism activity there are some reasons that can bring a strong slowdown as recession in the late-2000s or anothers events like the outbreak of the H1N1 influenza virus. But above all, tourism activity survives all the good or bad events and exists till today as one of the most important to each country economy.

While there is no a single definition of tourism therm, the recommendations of the World Tourism Organization / United Nations Conference on Tourism Statistics, define it as "activities that people do during their travel and stay in different places of living for a period of less than one consecutive year for purposes of leisure, business and others and the ``tourist`` is a visitor who moves voluntarily for a period of time equal to or greater than twenty-four hours to different location of their residence or their work with no profit-making idea.

For to explain about M-Tourism as we have in our actual days I guess it`s important understand the evaluation of the tourism.
