RESUMO
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o uso do orçamento empresarial como ferramenta de planejamento e controle, fazer também um estudo de analise das demonstrações financeiras com uma forma de verificar o estado econômico da empresa em questão e verificar também qual a dinâmica das relações interpessoais é utilizada na mesma .
O estudo baseia-se nas pesquisas de campo feitas na Academia Jullia Mesquita, com o objetivo de traçar um Planejamento e Controle orçamentários sobre a mesma, fazer uma projeção econômica da mesma e mudar supostos comportamentos que possam comprometer o desempenho e sucesso financeiro da mesma. Para esse projeto faz-se necessário conceitos de planejamento, controle e orçamento empresarial. Para a empresa pesquisa da analise, o orçamento e as relações interpessoais são ferramentas chave para o sucesso da mesma.

ABSTRACT
The present work has as objective to analyze the use of the enterprise budget as planning tool and control, to also make a study of analyzes of the financial demonstrations with a form to verify the economic state of the company in question and to also verify which the dynamics of the interpersonal relations is used in the same one.
The study it is based on the research of field made in the Jullia Academy Mosque, with the objective to trace a budgetary Planning and Control on the same one, to make a economic projection of the same one and to change presumptions behaviors that can compromise the performance and financial success of the same one.
For this project one becomes necessary planning concepts, has controlled and enterprise budget. For
