RESUMO
A Contabilidade é uma ferramenta importante para as empresas, pois possibilita um controle e uma organização adequada do estoque, podendo ser capaz de auxiliar na redução de custos se aplicada e executada corretamente.
O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido nesta área, na empresa Restaurante Brida`s., tendo como principais objetivos: conhecer o atual funcionamento das operações relacionadas ao estoque da empresa.
Através da pesquisa foi possível acompanhar as entradas e saídas de produtos no estoque durante um determinado período, acompanhando simultaneamente as quantidades consumidas pelos clientes.
