All we now that the appearance of TV in our country and others was a cool thing. Before, TV was only in black and white. Now, we have “Cabovisão”, “Meo” and others. With all this programs we can see channels from others countries, like English channels.

B.
Tourism in Portugal is mainly in Algarve. But all along Portugal we have tourism offices. We have lots of tourists from England, France, and so on…
To communicate with them we have to speak English or their main language. C.
Almost every shops have English names, because they were created by English people. D.
In Portuguese shoppings we can find a lot of English things like stores, the name of the shopping… E.
Some technologic products come from EUA and others English countries.

In school we have to learn English. It is very important because in our future we will use English as a way to have a good job, to communicate with other people when we go to foreign countries. G.
In our school we have projects to exchange students, coordinated by our English teacher. H.
A big part of the music is in English. The most famous musics are in English and how we listen to all kinds of music, we listen to English music too.
Eg: Eminem, Lady Gaga, Guns N’ Roses, etc…

Almost every movies are spoken in English, and maked in Hollywood. There, we can find the best actors of the world. We can see English movies in Portugal in the cinema, DVD, or downloading them from the internet.

Games are mainly made in China but they are spoken in English, and have English names.
Eg: Pro evolution soccer 2011, Counter-Strike, etc…
