Abstract The following project aims to show how the company Consulting was hired to propose a project to implement the CMMI in the company Software Developer, specialized in syndications, financing and loans. Consulting company is specialized in offering IT projects consultancy and implementation, such as the operational management system and also software development. The challenge for Consulting company is to present a process improvement project, which will help Software Developer to keep a good quality level when attending clients.
