Executive Summary

h3 is an international franchise of fast food restaurants that will be positioned also as an RV franchise through our creative approach to the company's operational system. h3 will continue to provide a combination of excellent food at value pricing, with distinctive “packaging” and atmosphere. h3 is the answer to an increasing demand for Gourmet fast food, to be consumed while hanging out at night and walking around in the city streets.
In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate one fast food from another, despite this h3 succeeded to do this and as a result is actually enjoying profits. São Paulo, a state city, has been becoming the model city for South American's economic boom.
With almost 11 million habitants and 11 million visitors yearly, mainly from neighboring states, it’s definitely a target for our business.
Despite what was mention before, our main priority is to establish our idea in Portugal at first in order to both convince H3 executive board and to learn from our mistakes. So, when we decide to approach the Brazilian market, we can avoid as many mistakes as possible and that competition do better than us. Also, our intention is to be in the most crowded places at night, so we can start in Portugal, since we know what those places are, and during that phase we can search those places for São Paulo city.
H3 will entice youngsters to bring their friends and family with our innovative environment, fresh-cut fries, and selection of unique signature hamburgers.

Objectives and Goals

Our main objectives for this new idea is to establish a presence as an even more successful fast food and gain market share in Portugal's fast food industry, which is mandatory for this market since the profits are concentrated in a small amount of players and all the others are losing money.
