ABSTRACT

The proposal of this study is to address the current structure of the company Brazil Foods SA, it was demonstrated a schedule of work to be done on this company and the diagnostic model that will be used on the current structure elaborated. Highlighting concepts, applications and analyzes the case study in identifying inputs that help the budget management, which allows the disclosure of the content of the subjects of the 1st period of the course Management of Logistics . For the development of work, searches on the website and magazine of Brazil Foods SA, one of the leading food companies, operating in the domestic and foreign markets, were held. These surveys were conducted initially seeking greater understanding of the importance of internal control instruments for budget and business managements, whose functions are to develop actions to be taken by management to increase the probability that the set goals are achieved, since it comes instruments that directly influence the achievement of business objectives. Information were also raised about the costs . It was observed in the case study, the company incorporation Sadia SA by the company Brazil Foods SA resulted in several operational and financial changes, and if so , in several changes in their systems of Internal Control and Budget .
