O Processo Empreendedor

Abstract
The process of inclusion is a major challenge to involve costs of various kinds and problems related to institutional management and professional performance. The dissemination of ideas inclusive, adopted in Brazil as a political line and the resulting decision to enroll in regular schools, students with disabilities, remind us of the fact that concepts and practices segregationist, integrationists and inclusivism live and whether the schools face in daily life. It is assumed that the inclusion of students with disabilities in school policy, is rather a social demand, related to the rights of early education, whose ethical base independent of other factors should be considered in its implementation. They should be considered, yet: the political dimension of education, the teaching practices and their epistemological reasons, the institutional management and school culture. Such conditions arranges a complex set of processes of action and reflection that requires making a mediation between the past and the future, learning from the experience and learning with the experience, mistakes and the improvements achieved.
