RESUMO A função de liderança pressupõe a coordenação do trabalho de pessoas, administrando diferenças e desenvolvendo um clima em que as necessidades do indivíduo se integrem às da organização. Cada pessoa, por ser única e ímpar, possui aspirações, objetivos, preferências, talentos e habilidades. “Um dos aspectos mais importantes no exercício da liderança é o tipo de relação interpessoal estabelecida entre gerente e colaboradores. A habilidade de se relacionar com pessoas, individualmente e em grupo, e de lhes ser sensível, é elemento-chave da gerência”. ABSTRACT

The leadership function assumes the coordination of work of people, Managing differences and developing an atmosphere in which the necessities of the individual are integrated to those of the organization. Each individual, for being unique, has his aspirations, aims, talents and abilities. “One of the most important aspects in the exercise of the leadership is the kind of interpersonal relation established between the manager as the leader of a group and collaborators. The ability of becoming acquainted with people, individually and in group, and being sensitive to them, is the key-element of the management”. (DRUCKER, 199, P.38)
