Resumo

A didática é arte e ciência do ensino, onde o objetivo principal é ocupar-se das estratégias de ensino, das questões práticas ligadas à metodologia e também das estratégias de aprendizagem. Este artigo tem como foco a importância da didática no trabalho do professor. Mostrando que é sempre dever dos professores garantir uma relação didática entre ensino e aprendizagem, sempre tendo em mente a formação individual da personalidade de cada aluno.
O trabalho docente é parte integral do processo educativo onde os indivíduos são preparados para saber viver em sociedade, pois o educador tem a missão de formar alunos para que um dia possam ser cidadãos ativos, reflexivos, críticos e também participativos na sociedade em que vivem. Com isso pretendemos mostrar que a didática é essencial no dia a dia do professor e na construção futura do aluno.

Abstract

The teaching is the art and science of teaching, where the main objective is to deal with the teaching strategies, practices, issues of methodology and also of learning strategies. This article focuses on the importance of teaching the teacher's work. Showing that it is always the duty of teachers to ensure a didactic relationship between teaching and learning, always keeping in mind the individual formation of the personality of each student.
Teaching work is an integral part of the educational process where individuals are prepared to learn to live in society, because the educator's mission is to train students so that one day may be active citizens, reflective, critical and participatory also the society in which they live. With this we intend to show that the teaching is essential in everyday life of the teacher and the student in future construction.
