The complexity of the methods in design.

Abstract:
This article traces the relationship between the scientific methodology, complex systems, talent management, proposing an analysis from the standpoint of design. How to think design in a systemic way? What is the best methodology to be applied? It is argued here is not a recipe scientifically approved, but the skills that will be charged to the designer in this new era of complexities. We stress the importance of defining the target (products, services) and the interaction between the designer and all stages of designing. It is suggested that academic standards cannot be abandoned and that special attention is directed to humans, this element changeable, with their aspirations, desires, and complexities.

Introduction:
Complex thought.
Complexity theory shows that reality is nonlinear, chaotic, fractal, catastrophic, widespread and should be seen as not only quantitative, but mainly qualitative way [1]. The reality is unfinished, is an eternal and chaotic flow. We must recognize the unfinished character, the uncertainty of reality and the multiple connections between the components of that reality.
Examining one fact alone does not make sense - This is the reductionism of the parties. It should be looked, the relationships with the other parts and the overall - the context too. Look at only the global, without examining its components and relationships, makes also no sense – This is the reductionism of the whole. Complexity theory comes to show the essential interdependence of all phenomena- what is called more than a decade of The Deep Ecological Vision [2, in which we are all embedded in the cyclical processes of nature. The human being is a very thin thread of this universal network that is called the Web of Life. And the most obvious characteristic of any network is its nonlinearity. It is obvious also that the concept of
