Resumo

Este artigo tem a finalidade de descrever uma metodologia de busca da melhor estratégia escolhida atualmente pelas Empresas, Órgãos Públicos, Privados e Usuários Finais. O Software Livre surge então da necessidade de abandonarmos o velho papel de meros usuários da tecnologia e passarmos a desenvolvê-la e usá-la para o bem de todos. O Linux é um programa desse tipo e seu uso mundial vem crescendo, amplificado pelo movimento mundial do software livre, cujo pólo dinâmico é a Free Software Foundation. O Brasil, particularmente, precisa acabar com sua dependência tecnologia e passar a desenvolver softwares, ao invés de continuar refém dos preços abusivos impostos pelas grandes corporações e seus mercados.

abstract

The purpose of this article is describing a procedure of seeking to find the best strategy is being used nowadays by the private companies, public offices and final users.
The free software emerges from the objective to leave our old behaviour of being simple technology’s final users and we begin to develop it and use it for the good of all.
The linux is one of these programs – free software - and its world use keeps growing amplified by the world moviment of using the free software and the principal organization representative for the increase of this dynamism is the free software foundation.
Brazil must finish your technologic dependence at this subject and it start to develop the techonology to criate your own free software and therefore we are goint to become free of the expensive price imposed by the big internacional corporations and its markets.

ALGUNS ACREDITAM QUE ADOÇÃO GENERALIZADA DO SOFTWARE LIVRE PODE TORNAR MENOR A
