RESUMO

Durante esse projeto vamos analisar as ações de uma grande rede de supermercados, Wal-Mart Brasil, a respeito de seu planejamento e operações por categoria de produtos, planejamento e controle de estoque e dinâmica das relações interpessoais.
Observou-se que a empresa consegue realizar todo o seu fluxo logístico de modo eficiente e eficaz, fazendo com que o ciclo do pedido se cumpra, chegando até ao cliente o produto certo, na hora certa, no lugar certo e nas condições desejadas. Isto é possível porque existe planejamento de estoque, suas operações por categorias de produtos favorecem a vantagem competitiva e suas relações interpessoais, complementa na sustentabilidade de seus negócios, dos quais favorecem as necessidades dos clientes.

ABSTRACT

This interdisciplinary work deals with shares of a large supermarket chain, Walmart Brazil, about their planning and operations for each product category, planning and inventory control and dynamics of interpersonal relationships.
It was observed that the company can realize its logistics flow efficiently and effectively, making the order cycle is fulfilled, even to the customer the right product at the right, time in the right place and in the desired conditions. This is possible because there is planning stock , its operations by product categories favor the competitive advantage and their interpersonal relationships complements the sustainability of its business , of which favor the needs of customers .
