RESUMO: O presente trabalho teve por finalidade enfocar diversas particularidades do âmbito educacional, demonstrando que a estrutura física da escola e o ensino de qualidade não dependem apenas do gestor escolar, mas do esforço, união e cooperação de todos os membros desta unidade, juntamente com a comunidade do seu entorno. Teve também como objetivo relatar a importância das Relações Interpessoais, dentre elas, sua influência na aprendizagem, percebendo que o espaço da sala de aula é um local privilegiado para que estas relações aconteçam, produzindo com a relação professor-aluno um par educativo para a produção de um espaço de ensino-aprendizagem satisfatório, a fim de elevar a curiosidade, despertar o interesse, e transformando um conhecimento confuso e fragmentado em um saber organizado e preciso em conjunto com o Orientador Educacional.
