MOTIVAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: A ESSÊNCIA DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO EM RH

RESUMO

O artigo científico apresentado tem como objetivo mostrar o que é motivação e qual sua importância dentro das organizações . Um clima organizacional que proporciona oportunidade de crescimento profissional e motivação a seus funcionários obtém sucesso e crescimento no mercado. Existe ainda um mundo desconhecido no vasto campo da motivação humana, mas há a convicção de que a motivação é sim uma ferramenta de vital importância para sobrevivência das organizações e que ações embasadas em estratégias motivacionais trazem grandes benefícios às empresas e aos próprios indivíduos como pessoa que precisa manter-se vivo e motivado na constante busca pela auto realização. As teorias sobre motivação , aplicadas de forma eficiente e eficaz pela equipe de Recursos Humanos da organização, fazem com que o funcionário se sinta bem em trabalhar e busque realizar suas metas individuais, em contra partida, a organização ganha em produção e na queda de absenteísmo.

ABSTRACT

The paper presented is intended to show what motivation is and what its importance within organizations. An organizational climate that provides opportunities for professional growth and motivation to their employees succeed and grow in the market. There is still an unknown world in the broad field of human motivation, but there is the belief that motivation is rather a tool of vital importance for the survival of organizations and actions based on solid motivational strategies bring great benefits to businesses and individuals themselves as a person who need to keep yourself alive and motivated in the constant quest for self-realization.
