Endomarketing x Comunicação Interna

RESUMO
Este trabalho tem como proposta analisar as diferenças existentes entre as visões da comunicação interna e do endomarketing. Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas nas áreas da administração, do marketing e comunicação com o intuito de entender o contexto que envolve estes dois temas. O presente artigo ainda visa relacionar comunicação interna e endomarketing, através da visão de autores influentes em cada área de estudo, demonstrando assim a importância de se trabalhar em conjunto todos fatores relacionados a pesquisa. É notório que a direção do fluxo das informações podem influenciar diretamente a comunicação dentro de qualquer padrão de hierarquia. Após investigação sobre a comunicação interna no campo da comunicação, e o endomarketing no campo da administração, estabeleceu-se uma comparação entre as duas visões. Portanto, se constatou que realmente os temas se diferem em vários itens, ou seja, de qualquer maneira há o processo de comunicação, mas o que não significa que em toda comunicação interna exista o endomarketing.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to analyze the differences between the views of internal communication and internal marketing. To this end, literature searches were conducted in the areas of management, marketing and communication in order to understand the context in which these two themes.
