POLICIA MILITAR E A PROTEÇÃO DOS DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS

RESUMO
Este estudo apresenta uma breve digressão sobre o tema polícia militar e proteção dos direitos fundamentais recepcionados na Constituição Federal de 1988, sob o título Garantias Fundamentais. A pesquisa é de cunho documental.Baseia-se nos entendimentos legais e doutrinários a respeito da matéria, haja vista, que o método escolhido para realização da pesquisa é de índole documental. O artigo ainda trás a lume a importância da Segurança Pública, posto que o Estado Constitucional, tornou está uma responsabilidadede todos. Apresenta um novo papel a ser assumido pela polícia militar a de protetora dos direitos fundamentais. Ressalta que a mudança doutrinária e de dogmas desta instituição militar, e necessária, para a aplicabilidade destes direitos dentro e fora da caserna. Conclui que para melhorias na polícia militar é preciso compartilhar ideias com todas as eferas da sociedade.

ABSTRACT
This study presents a brief digression on the subject of police and military protection of fundamental rights welcomed the Federal Constitution of 1988, under the title Fundamental Guarantees. The research is documentary character. Is based on the legal and doctrinal understandings on the matter, given that the chosen method for conducting the research is documentary nature. The article further back to light the importance of Public Security, since the Constitutional State, is become the responsibility of everyone. Introduces a new role to be assumed by the military police protective of fundamental rights. Emphasizes that the doctrine and dogma of this military institution, and necessary changes to the applicability of these rights inside and outside the barracks. Concludes that improvements to the military police is necessary to share ideas with all eferas
