THE PROJECT
In summary, the construction affects the environment through the removal of
materials from nature that are not returnable, such as sand, cal, iron, aluminum,
wood, water and also the rubble, which is the result of leftovers, waste and waste
building materials into a work that can be demolition, pavingor construction of hou se,
fence or building. With this, new building technologies are being created, including:
recycling of rubble.
Among the materials commonly used in constructions that the plastic today, the plastic
industry is greater than the steel and aluminum combination. The plastic has a history
of probably the most spectacular growth between materials engineering. Within arelatively short time of its inception, this versatile material started to replace metals
and wood in various applications.

WHY USE RECYCLED BRICKS?
We currently face many disasters and delays in the construction area. However, with
the use of the brick is recyclable plastic can quickly build a property because it is a dry
construction. Also, the bricks are heavily engaged and this greatly reducest he cost and
construction time.
Another innovation is that avoids the use of mortar or metal structures, which reduces

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF RECYCLING IN CONSTRUCTION
To make theanalysis of the viability of recycling a piece of construction, it was
necessary to measure the costs of investment in recycling equipment and their
operating costs and also the use of new technologies such as "Ecological Brick". This
was measured spending for investments in equipment and operation.
To measure the return on investment in recycling and new technologies has made a
case study todetermine the cost of building a masonry wall made in the normal
process then was compared to the construction costs of the same products generated
using the recycling.
