RESUMO
Minuciosamente o trabalho demonstra a presença da discriminação racial sobre a mulher negra no mercado de trabalho, ainda no século 21. Analisa a ausência de equidade mediante a mesma, em comparação das demais, mostra a disseminação de trabalhos a ela ofertados, é também o olhar hipócrita, por parte da sociedade e mídia, mesmo depois da abolição escravatura. Evidenciando uma nítida realidade que ainda perpetua. As propostas legislativas inválida, e ainda mais preconceituosa, que ao invés de incluir, exclui, e coloca a mulher em situações humilhantes e competitivas. Pressupõe subterfúgios, e pensamentos utópicos, que a sociedade e a mídia estabelecem sobre elas, ditando padrões estéticos, que não condiz com sua etnia.

ABSTRACT
