Os objetivos deste trabalho são: Buscar conhecer o tema pelos olhos da ciência, abordando sua opiniões e seus argumentos para a legalização do aborto, abordar o direito do feto, usando argumentos religiosos, para comprovar que o mesmo é considerado ‘’ vivo’’, discutir a opinião do estado e abordar o aspecto jurídico referente ao aborto.

ABSTRACT:
Brazil is the most Christian country in the world. Almost all of its population is distributed among the segments catholic, evangelical and spiritualist.
