O MAL: NA PERSPECTIVA FILOSÓFICA DE EMMANUEL LEVINAS E ERNEST BECKER

RESUMO

O artigo reflete o problema do mal, num dialogo com Emmanuel Levinas e Ernest Becker. O mal se origina na concordância primeira do sujeito com os objetos do mundo real que o rodeiam isto tem um efeito social, o sujeito não gosta, persegue e deseja destruir todos os objetos que para ele são uma fonte de desprazer. Desafortunadamente, os massacres e os genocídios do século XX e XXI, sucedido nas mais diversas condições, poderiam pensar nas confirmações das advertências de Levinas e Becker. Assassino não é o outro e sim nós; esta era a diferencia que muitos deduziram dos conceitos de Levinas, ele também considera a história de nosso século como algo que nos deve fazer conhecer a existência de um mal insondável, traçar uma possibilidade de amor pelo outro, de uma presença do outro, do que somos absolutamente responsáveis.
