RESUMO

O presente trabalho trás uma análise crítica sobre dois títulos importantes no âmbito do Direito da Informática, um de ALEXANDRE LIBÓRIO DIAS PEREIRA, e o outro de GUILHERME PEREIRA PINHEIRO.
Inegável a influência da informática em toda a vida da sociedade, inclusive no Direito. O crescimento vertiginoso da capacidade dos equipamentos e o igualmente prodigioso desenvolvimento das técnicas de programação fizeram com que a computação e a informática passassem a fazer parte, de forma irreversível, do quotidiano de nossas vidas. Os avanços tecnológicos trouxeram mudanças significativas para a sociedade. A internet reduziu acentuadamente as distâncias entre as pessoas e nações e imprimiu um novo sentido nas relações, que agora se virtualizam em ritmo acelerado. A dependência do mundo virtual é inevitável.
Portanto, o objeto e finalidade deste trabalho é o de desenvolver tais temas que atualmente são imprescindíveis para o mundo em sociedade.
