Scope

This Standard establishes the procedures to be applied in the preparation of maps, charts and cadastral plans and the standardization of symbology apply. This standard considers the following factors involved in standardization:
a) scale of representation of geographical accidents (natural and artificial);
b) size and pattern of symbology in accordance with the scale of representation;
