Resumo: Este artigo tem por objetivo, demonstrar a importância da cultura e do clima organizacional no que se refere à motivação e satisfação dos colaboradores. O estudo busca, através da literatura, explicar as complexidades das organizações e das pessoas como elemento teórico e entender como elas se manifestam, de formas eficazes para a compreensão das dinâmicas de adaptação e integração dos colaboradores nas instituições. Uma grande mudança de mentalidade das empresas coloca as pessoas em lugar de destaque. Cada vez mais as empresas estão preocupadas com o bem-estar das pessoas. O fator humano tem sido considerado o grande diferencial das empresas para vencer a competitividade. É essencial investir em atividades que visem à melhoria da qualidade de vida dos seus colaboradores e atitudes que busquem o aperfeiçoamento do ambiente de trabalho.

Abstract: This article has like an objective, to demonstrate an importance of culture and of the organizational climate in what refers to motivation and satisfaction of the colaborators. The studio reachs, through of literature, explains the complexities of organization and of people like theory elements and to understand how they spare, of efficient forms to the comprehension of dinamic of adaptation and integration of colaborators in the institution. A great change of mentality of enterprise puts the people in place of evidence. Each more time the enterprise are worried like the well fair of people. The human factor has been considerated the great differencial of enterprise to win the competitivity. It is essencial to invest in activities thot see the better quality of life of your colaborators and attitudes that reach the improvement of the work.
