Direitos Fundamentais: a proteção integral de crianças e adolescentes no Brasil

Resumo: Este artigo objetiva, com base nos Direitos Fundamentais, abordar de forma específica o status de crianças e adolescentes sob a Doutrina da Proteção Integral, que os afirma como sujeitos de direitos. Neste contexto, é importante analisar o entendimento e aplicação de cada um dos Direitos Fundamentais especiais de crianças e adolescentes elencados no artigo 227 da Constituição Federal do1988, quais sejam: direito à vida, à saúde, à alimentação, à educação, ao lazer, à profissionalização, à cultura, à dignidade, ao respeito, à liberdade e à convivência familiar e comunitária, isto com o objetivo de ampliar o alcance destes direitos no cotidiano de crianças e adolescentes no Brasil.

Abstract: This article aims, on basis of the Fundamental Rights, to board in the specific form the status of children and adolescents under the Doctrine of the Integral Protection, that affirms them like subjects of rights. In this context, it is important analyze the understanding and application of each one of the Fundamental special Rights of children and adolescents listed in the article 227 of the Federal Constitution do1988, what they are: straight to the life, to the health, to the food, to the education, to the leisure, to the professional, to the culture, to the dignity, in the respect, in the freedom and communitarian familiarity, this with the objective to enlarge the reach of these rights in the daily life of children and adolescents in Brazil.
