“Pinturas Eletrostáticas”

RESUMO

Nesse trabalho iremos apresentar sobre pintura eletrostática, no qual, explicaremos melhor o seu conceito, o processo, as vantagens e suas características. A pintura eletrostática é uma pintura de alta proteção e fino acabamento, com revestimento em pó nas versões epóxi, poliéster e híbrido; e é, portanto, a solução ideal para problemas de decoração e proteção de superfície metálica. Seu processo varia entre 10 a 30 minutos numa temperatura em torno de 150ºC a 200ºC. E também é um processo ecologicamente correto por não utilizar solventes e, assim, não produzindo odores e vapores, preservando o meio ambiente. Com isso, explicaremos melhor que é uma tecnologia que protege peças em metal contra ferrugem e garante a alta qualidade de acabamento.

RESUMY

In this work goes show about electrostatic painting, in which explains better your concept, process, the advantages and characteristic. The electrostatic paiting is a paiting of high protection and fine finishing, with powder coating in epoxi versions, polyester and hibrido; and, is, therefore, the ideal solucion to problems of decoration and protection of metal surface. Your process varies between 10 to 30 minutes with temperature around 150ºC to 200ºC. And too is a ecological processes correct for not used solvents and not producing odors and vapors, preserving the environment. Whit that, explain better that is a technology that protect pieces of metal against rust and guarantees a high quality finishing.
