RESUMO

Esse trabalho foi desenvolvido atendendo o Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar V, com o objetivo de ressaltar os conhecimentos apreendidos no 5° bimestres do curso Gestão de Recursos Humano na Universidade Paulista – Unip Interativa.
A empresa escolhida para aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos nas disciplinas Avaliação de Desempenho, Matemática Financeira e Administração de Cargos e Salários foi o Hospital São Marcos na cidade de Morro Agudo, justamente por ser tratar de uma entidade que lida com pessoas diariamente, já que este é o foco das disciplinas estudadas, colaborando para o bom desempenho das atividades prestadas.

ABSTRACT

This work was given the V Multidisciplinary Integrated Project with the aim of highlighting the knowledge learned in the 5th bimesters Course in Human Resource Management Universidade Paulista - Interactive Pvt.
The company chosen to apply the acquired knowledge in the disciplines Performance Evaluation, Mathematical Finance and Administration and Salary was St. Mark's Hospital in the city of Morro Agudo, precisely because it is an organization that deals with people on a daily basis, since this is the focus of the subjects studied, contributing to the good performance of the activities provided.
