RESUMO
As medidas socioeducativas, impostas as crianças e adolescentes, são maneiras de punições aplicadas àqueles que cometem ato infracional, previstos no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. O artigo em estudo discute a responsabilidade sob o menor infrator. Tratando-os como indivíduos que devem ser prioridade por estarem em condição peculiar, merecedores da efetiva garantia de seus direitos, defende a evolução das ações educacionais, ressocializadoras no sistema socioeducativo, a aplicação de meios que observem a sua evolução. A família, a sociedade e o Estado, são responsáveis pelas garantias constitucionais que prevêem o direito à vida, à saúde, ao lazer, à educação, à profissão, à cultura, ao convívio familiar à criança e ao adolescente, de acordo com as normas estabelecidas pela Proteção Integral, fundamentada no art. 227 da Constituição Federal.

ABSTRACT
The educational measures imposed children and adolescents, are ways of punishments for those who commit an offense, under the Statute of Children and Adolescents. The article discusses a study on liability under the juvenile offender. Treating them as individuals that should be a priority because they are in the peculiar condition, worthy of the effective guarantee of their rights, supports the development of educational, childcare ressocializadoras in the system, the application of means to observe their evolution. The family, society and the state, are responsible for providing constitutional guarantees the right to life, health, leisure, education, profession, culture, family life to children and adolescents, according to the standards set by Integral Protection, based on art. 227 of the Federal Constitution.
