RESUMO
A inclusão digital é uma das maiores discussões que envolvem a educação nos dias atuais, revelando as necessidades de rever as formas de educar as pessoas para que possam se sentir inseridas no processo de socialização existente no mundo atual. Inclusão implica em participação. Para haver inclusão digital é necessário que exista o conhecimento e as condições necessárias para que o indivíduo possa se integrar economicamente, politicamente, socialmente e culturalmente nesta prática. Para isto é fundamental que haja o envolvimento das instituições e dos órgãos governamentais, pois são eles os provedores dos meios necessários para que a inclusão digital e social aconteça. Pretende-se com este trabalho discutir questões relativas à educação de qualidade em nossas escolas, além de comentar sobre a importância do acesso de nossos alunos às tecnologias em nossos laboratórios de informáticas das escolas paranaenses.

ABSTRACT
The digital inclusion is one of the biggest quarrels that involve the education in the current days, disclosing the necessity to review the forms to educate the people so that can be felt inserted in the process of existing socialization in the current world.
