RESUMO

O genocídio ruandês foi um dos piores eventos na história da humanidade, ocorrido em Ruanda se deu pelos movimentos extremistas ocasionado entre as facções étnicos Hutus e Tutsis, na década de 90, após um acidente aéreo que causou a morte do presidente de Ruanda, onde milhares de vidas foram interrompidas. Em um dos massacres mais sangrentos durante cem dias e vitimou com crueldade, aproximadamente um milhão de pessoas baleadas, queimadas ou esquartejadas, por uma diferença inexistente.
A ONU não fez nada para evitar ou sequer tentar interromper, se a mediação fosse correta no combate ao fanatismo étnico e se todos não tivessem fechado os olhos para a guerra mundial africana a história não teria este fim desastroso.

ABSTRACT

The Rwandan genocide was one of the worst events in human history , occurred in Rwanda occurred by extremist movements caused among the ethnic factions Hutus and Tutsis , in the 90s , after a plane crash that killed the president of Rwanda, where thousands lives have been disrupted. In one of the bloodiest massacres for a hundred days and killed with cruelty, approximately one million people shot, burned or dismembered by a nonexistent difference.
The ONU did nothing to prevent or even try to stop, if mediation were correct in combating ethnic fanaticism and all eyes had not closed for the African world war history would not have this disastrous end.
