Resumo
Neste artigo temos como objetivo mostrar o conhecimento da estrutura e organização do sistema de ensino brasileiro nos aspectos legais organizacionais e estruturais, compreendendo seu desenvolvimento e as modificações decorrentes ao longo da historia, analisando as potencialidades e fragilidades do sistema educacional brasileiro. Nele ainda podemos identificar algumas as mudanças ocorridas nesse período de transição da estrutura organizacional onde pela LDB foi estruturado o sistema de ensino e as leis educacionais. Essas mudanças influenciaram os âmbitos federais, estaduais e municipais, passando por diversas reformas educacionais. As incumbências de cada âmbito vamos expor de maneira objetiva e eficaz onde explicará toda responsabilidade das esferas educacionais.

The governing body of the system represented by the Federal National Education Council (NSC) and Ministry of Education (MEC), that organizes and finances the federal educational system and provides technical and financial assistance to States, the State System is the State Department of Education (SEE), the State Board of Education (CEE), the Regional Education (DRE) of the Municipal System is the City Department of Education (SME) and City Council on Education (CME).
