Resumo
Temos como objetivo possibilitar uma reflexão e discutir o papel da educação no contexto de mudanças analisando a situação atual da formação inicial e continuada em tecnologia educacional para professores de matemática utilizando suas competências e habilidades e identificar um conjunto de diretrizes que consigam conceber e desenvolver a formação e o trabalho docente sob outros olhares e perspectivas, através de um trabalho reflexivo e investigativo que fundamentem o trabalho do professor utilizando as tecnologias em sala de aula. A pesquisa tomou como base a abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, sendo realizados levantamentos bibliográficos.

Abstract
We aim to facilitate reflection and discuss the role of education in the context of changes by analyzing the current situation of initial and continuing training in educational technology for math teachers using their skills and abilities and identify a set of guidelines that are able to design and develop training and teachers work under other looks and perspectives through a reflective and investigative work that support the work of teachers using technology in the classroom. The research was based on a qualitative and quantitative approach being conducted literature surveys.
