According to the national council of consumption of England, the shopping addiction is increasing so frighteningly.
The main target is children because they are seduced by the media, to buy something. The addiction begins, on average, at age ten. We won this addiction by buying things unnecessarily. Most of the percentage of people addicted to shopping is young. Of all people, there are thirty-four percent of addicted women and thirty-two percent of addicted men.
It is scientifically proven that the addiction of shopping is considered a psychological disease. Is a problem that affects mostly women, in fact, one in five women is addicted to shopping. Experts point out that the problem comes from low self-esteem, lack and the need to be valued. It is through the shop that they look for some comfort.
Some consequences of the shopping addiction are: * Divorce: the excessive spending of money; * Professional career: loss of interest; * Increased debt: money ends and begins accumulating debts and can lose everything to the bank. * Homelike Bankruptcy: money is pledged. * Depression: no money, home and profession the person feels guilty and goes into despair. * Suicide: caused by despair.

Some symptoms are: * feel like having to go to the grocery store or the mall, even if it does not need anything. * Shopping just to make you feel good with yourself, just to improve your mood. * Knowing that does not have money to spend unnecessarily, but still buy. * Feeling sad and depressed after buying everything you like. * Feeling guilty for buying unnecessary material possessions and that didn’t need.

In my opinion, the shopping addiction can be a serious problem, because we lost control over everything at any time and end up in misery.
We must take attention, especially in this time of financial crisis where we have to make several contentions and submit to only what is really needed.
What happens is that more and more
