Consuma mais azeite de oliva para emagrecer com saúde

Você não precisa de molhos gordurosos ou cheios de ingredientes para dar sabor às suas receitas. Que tal adotar o azeite de oliva? Assim como o abacate, ele tem gorduras saudáveis que aumentam a sensação de saciedade, diminuindo o desejo por comida. Mas essa não é sua única propriedade. Segundo estudo publicado no “British Journal of Nutrition”, ao regar seus vegetais com azeite, você potencializa o poder antioxidante dos alimentos. Por fim, o azeite também é um excelente antiinflamatório – funcionalidade essencial, uma vez que inflamações crônicas podem levar ao desenvolvimento de síndrome metabólica.

Abstract

There are several sources of information on the effects of olive oil that propose the maintenance of weight due to the effect of satiety, its anti inflammatory and about their antioxidant power. Although many of these sources are often incomplete or incorrect, since the goal is to inform people in an informal and direct. Thus, the objective of this study is to verify the accuracy of information on the effectiveness of the olive oil in the sensation of satiation of hunger, the antioxidant and anti inflammatory.
