ABSTRACT With the growth and quick changes in the world ofinformation on social networks, a new communication appear, called Twitter. Faced with this new tendency, search it to know why and how the Corporate Twitter brought new possibilities for the business world. The business communication has to be secure, reliable, and clear. Organizations continue to use these new tools for defining goals, recruitment and selection processes, marketing, internalcommunication, publicity of image and branding and information in general. Therefore, in this paper, we endeavor to identify business strategies and perspectives for the use of Twitter that bring new opportunities for businesses. The
bibliography used to support our study was taking out of texts published in scientific articles, interview with the Manager of Social Networks organization Bradesco S / Aand also we apply a questionnaire with ten objective issues for more than two hundred companies, and only 8% responded to this survey. The results show us that only 60% of companies interviewed use Twitter, and this percentage half received a positive return, more agility in the communication and interaction with the client. They believe that Twitter is a communication tool for quick and easyunderstanding, they will achieve the goal in a short period of time. This tool used in an appropriate manner will benefit adding value to the company. Should not be used alone, but as a complement to business communication.
