RESUMO: No presente trabalho relata-se a execução do projeto de intervenção na Escola Zacharias Nunes da Silveira, o qual foi elaborado objetivando um auxílio na melhoria do processo de aprendizagem, após diagnóstico das dificuldades dos alunos das turmas do 1º ao 5º anos do Ensino Fundamental no que concerne à aprendizagem propriamente dita, isso resultou na elaboração do projeto oportunizando reforço escolar para as mencionadas turmas. A reestruturação do PPP – Projeto Político Pedagógico da Unidade Escolar Professor Zacharias Nunes da Silveira prioriza ações que objetivam a visível melhora no desenvolvimento escolar dos nossos alunos, através de ações que permitam a interação entre escola e comunidade, promovendo reuniões e eventos abertos ao público. Das ações do PPP, a que mais evoluiu e deve continuar em desenvolvimento evolutivo é o reforço escolar, pois com ele podemos considerar avanços efetivos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.

ABSTRACT: This work was carried through by means of the development of the project of aid in the process of learning for accompaniment, who has for objective to follow and to assist the pupils of initial groups of Basic Ensino, of 1º to 5º year, contributing for the reduction of the difficulties found for them in elapsing of the learning process. The significant learning has been improved inside of the context pupil apprentice and monitorial pupil. The reorganization of the PPP - Project Pedagogical Politician of the Pertaining to school Unit Professor Zacharias Nunes of the Silveira prioritizes actions that aim at the visible improvement in the pertaining to school development of our pupils, through action that school and community allow to the interaction between, promoting open meetings and events to the public.
