1. Open the file you want to import slides into. Click on the Home tab. Click on New Slide> Reuse Slide.

Click Browse> Browse File. Click on the file you want to import slides from and open. Locate the slides you want to import and Double-click on it to import it.

2. Right- Click on the picture and select Hyperlinks. In the Insert Hyperlinks dialog box, choose “Place in This Document” and then select the slide you want to import. You can check that it is working at slide show. Click on the picture set up hyperlinks and import the slide.

3. On the “Animations”tab, Click the “ Custom Animation” button. Click the “Add Effect” button. To make the clip art picture the slide show presentation with an effect, select “ Emphasis”. To add custom path effect to the same clip art picture, select an “Motion Paths” . Point to “Draw Custom Path” and then click freedom to draw a path. Drag to draw freehand shapes. Click and move the mouse to draw straight lines.

And then choose the tub of Draw Custom Path you creat before( second one) and change the timing to “With Previous”.

4. Right- click the chart or table and choose Grouping. Select Upgroup. When asked if you want to convert the chart the graph, click yes. Then you can animate each element individually.

5. Smart Art lets you create diagrams to your PowerPoint slides. There are many types of Smart Art diagrams, such as List, Process, Cycle, Hierarchy Relationship, Matrix and Pyramid diagrams.
The way to Promote and Demote : When entering information and demoting, press Tab key or click on Demote on the Design tab. When you promote, press Back Space or click on Promote on the Design
