RESUMO
Este projeto trás definição da solução de TI para empresa Collection visando a reestruturação do ambiente de TI, testes e implementação e por fim suporte on-going do ambiente. Os recursos apresentados ao longo do projeto visam atender as necessidades da empresa, ofertando qualidade, disponibilidades e perspectivas de crescimento visando uma facilidade de implantação e gerenciamento, a fim de atender as expectativas da empresa e expansão baseando-se em tecnologias e serviços que o mercado oferece.
Todos os requisitos de softwares, hardwares, políticas de controle e ferramentas de gerenciamento foram propostos visando uma facilidade de implantação e gerenciamento, a fim de atender as expectativas da empresa.

ABSTRACT
This project definition behind the IT solution company for Collection to Restructure the IT environment, testing anddeployment and ultimately supported on-going environment.
