Abstract

In the last two years became larger my curiosity for understanding how companies succeed. In one side to observe how the larger corporation can give leaps interms of efficiency, fast response time to market, innovate; on the other side how smaller ones can fight against the giants already in the field, with good reputation and a history behind them. Besides the jargon “People are the most valuable assets companies have“ I really though people would make the difference. And it was astounding to me realize how much difference they can make ….

3 Acknowledgments

It was a wonderful experience to prepare this final project about Intrapreneurship. While my name is on this document, there is a cast behind the scenes supporting and encouraging me.

My parents, who have never stopped believing in me, deserve my thanks. I also would like to appreciate my sister, who encouraged me to move along the road; thank you for your friendship andaffection. In addition to insightful comments and discussions I am grateful for the intrapreneurial spirit of several SAP colleagues. Lots of thanks to Marco Hashimoto classes, whose wonderful content and his own performance have inspired me to learn a bit more about Intrapreneurship.
