Abstract: Over the last three decades I have seen the birth and disappearance from disuse of many technologies in the areas of hardware and software. The constant evolution of the area of Information Technology provides the constant emergence of new technologies, knowledge and also the disappearance of great products from disuse in accordance with policies and inadequate marketing strategies. This article is premised to show a framework that could create web systems through parameterizations, models and what we call "motor generator". In the 90's had the opportunity to use systems of automatic code generation via parameterization based on pre-defined computational models. As a developer, I found ease of use of this tool, which provided great productivity, standardization of code and effective results. A strong point worth noting is that after the knowledge of the tool and its use, experience shows that knowledge maintenance time code has also drastically reduced in time. A constant concern now a days is the performance by any device seeking business results and enter the increasingly competitive market. This article describes the process of creating the framework called F3 which use UML modeling that provides a high level of the main steps of generating a web system using this tool.
