The aim of this study was to show how the Quality of Work Life (QWL), can have a strong influence on personal and professional lives of banking, resulting in improved organizational performance. QWL programs add value as important motivational tools, significantly improving the working environment and thus contributing to the achievement of organizational goals, which is great market differential. In this case study, we conducted a brief history and analyze aspects related to gymnastics, as well as positive results in employees of a public agency
North Paulista. From the analysis, the quality of life factor is of paramount importance both in your personal life, and professional employees of any company, given that it aims to bring satisfaction and well-being of the everyday employee, leaving him motivated and bringing more productive organization.
