Abstract. The objective of this research is to propose the development of a structured system to improve the evaluation process of learning contents according to the theory of Structural Cognitive Modifiability (TMCE) Professor Reuven Feuerstein in virtual learning environment (VLE) with the help of the interface Distance Education (Ead) Moodle, the model also presents the theoretical basis as significant learning proposed by Ausubel (1983), which is composed of graphs constructed from navigable concept maps proposed by Novak (1999). The research addressed five focal points of PEI (Instrumental Enrichment Program) is also created by Feuerstein (1993) and belonging to the aforementioned TMCE. Level three of the program has five focal points with the following responsibilities: Numerical Progressions, Directions, syllogisms, transitive relations and Design Standards. The path of learning is established by a system developed in our Research Lab Lasic (Laboratory of Architecture Integrated Systems and Circuits) of PPGI UFPB. The system name is Path Analyzer Cognition (PAC) and was developed by Sanson (2008) in his master's research, the system maps routes cognitive analyzes of learning. As expected objectives are: (1) To stimulate discussion of how the assessment is made in distance education and the advantages and limitations of assessment methods currently proposed in undergraduate courses that used Moodle, (2) To present a case study using techniques were proposed mapping software developed by IHMC CmapTools (Novak, 2008) and data mining with software Weka (Waikato Environment for
