This research was carried out with the aim to study the genetic diversity of endophytic rhizobacteria in order to obtain individuals with biotechnological potential for biological nitorgen fixation (BNF) and use as plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB) in agriculture. Endophytic bacteria were obtained from wheat bait-plants grown in nutrient solution and inoculated with soils classified into 5 different types (S1 - PVe2, S2 - PVe1, S3 - LVd19, S4 - LVef1, S5 - NVef8) from 9 different agricultural managements, plus a riparian forest area, they were collected in Far West, Central West and Northwest of the Paraná State: Monoculture of sugar cane with high P and application of vinasse (M1), Monoculture of sugar cane with low P and P mineral application (M2), culture of Crotalaria (M3), riparian forest (M4), Fallow cane/soy/corn/fallow (M5), rotation - cane/soy/corn/cane (M6), Succession - corn/wheat (M7), Succession - corn/soy RR (M8), Succession - corn/soy on conventional tillage (M9) and succession - corn/ organic soy with no-till (M10). Genetic characterization of 269 isolated strains was carried out by rep-PCR with BOX specifics primers and resulting polymorphic
