This is a brief description of our technical needs
1.- Resume:
Cores for three phase electric motors, 50/60 Hz, HIGH EFFICIENCY, composed of stator and rotor, for use in motors totally enclosed (TEFC-acronym in English), category N & H from IEC, according to photos below. 2.- The stator should be coiled with copper wires, output cables properly varnished (ready to use).
3.- The rotor can be injected aluminum or copper (In other cases, the supplier must provide and reach the minimum incomes, as indicated below). The rotor should NOT be with solid steel shaft (axel), as photo above. In other words, without the shaft. We will use our IEC frame here in Brazil.
4.- RPM and poles that we will need: * 3600 RPM (2 poles), 1800 RPM (4 pole) and 1200 RPM (6 poles).
5.- The voltages that these cores should be: * 220/380/440 V.
Note: if 440V is a complicating factor for negotiation, we are able to choose only 220/380V since the one doesn’t make any encumbrances for us.
6.- Core Power that we will need: * 0.75 KW * 1, 1KW * 1,5KW, * 2,2KW * 3KW * 4KW * 5,5KW * 7,5KW * 11KW * 15KW * 18,5KW.
Note: In a general way, we will need cores for motors from 1 to 25 HP.
