A POSTURA DA ESCOLA MEDIANTE A UTILIZAÇÃO DE GÍRIAS POR PARTE DOS DISCENTES

RESUMO
É fato que a língua muda. Não se pode pensá-la como um processo estático. Desde o seu surgimento até os dias de hoje, muitas mudanças já ocorreram, pois ela acompanha às necessidades de seus falantes e estes também sofrem mudanças sociais, econômicas e conseqüentemente comportamentais. As gírias, por exemplo, são variantes resultantes do dinamismo lingüístico, que se restringem a determinados grupos sociais, cujo objetivo é a comunicação diferenciada dos integrantes desses grupos, e têm hoje os adolescentes como um dos seus maiores representantes. Neste artigo, pretendo confrontar a postura do professor perante a utilização das gírias em sala de aula por parte dos alunos com a perspectiva sociolínguistica e os aspectos discriminatórios relacionados às diferentes variedades lingüísticas que permeiam tanto a sociedade quanto o ambiente escolar.

ABSTRACT

It is true that the language changes. You can not think of it as a static process. Since its beginning until today, many changes have occurred, because it accompanies the needs of its speakers and they also suffer social, economic, and therefore behavior. The slang, for example, are variants from a dynamic language, which are restricted to certain social groups, whose goal is the communication of the different members of these groups, and teenagers have today as one of its main representatives. In this article, I intend to confront the teacher's attitude towards theuse of slang in the classroom by students with the prospect sociolinguistics and discriminatory aspects related to the different linguistic varieties that permeate both society and the school environment.
