RESUMO:
Este artigo apresenta a música como elemento fundamental na educação. Neste sentido, o objetivo da pesquisa é abordar a importância da música na formação da criança, na construção do seu conhecimento, por meio das práticas educativas da Educação Infantil no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, bem como discutir os possíveis benefícios que a música traz para a aprendizagem, utilizada como instrumento pedagógico em sala de aula. É relevante essa discussão para que o professor saiba a importância dessa ferramenta como material didático pedagógico em sala de aula. A metodologia utilizada é de cunho bibliográfico, que buscou por meio de livros, revistas, sites e artigos, contribuir para a discussão do tema, sob uma abordagem qualitativa. Conclui-se que a música ajuda o aluno a desenvolver-se de uma forma mais prazerosa e natural, possibilitando ao professor desenvolver um trabalho mais significativo em sala de aula.

ABSTRACT:
These article presents the music as a fundamental element in education. In this sense, the research objective is to discuss the importance of music in the education of children, in the construction of knowledge through educational practices of Infantile Education in the teaching-learning process, and also discuss the possible benefits that the music brings to learn when it is used as an educational tool in the classroom. This discussion is relevant to the teacher know the importance of this tool as a pedagogical didactical material in the classroom. The methodology used is from bibliographic nature, which sought through books, magazines, websites and articles, to contribute to the discussion of the theme in a qualitative approach.
