A Importância e as Problemáticas Habitacionais da Atualidade

RESUMO
Este trabalho de pesquisa visa apresentar como se desenvolveu a habitação no
Brasil pós-escravatura e como se encontra o atual déficit habitacional dos grandes centros urbanos do país, dado enfoque à cidade de São Paulo. O trabalho também engloba estudos psicossociais decorrentes da moradia a fim de determinar sua verdadeira importância no âmbito social e familiar dos indivíduos. A metodologia utilizada para o estudo foi por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica dos temas abordados. O principal objetivo deste trabalho foi justificar a importância e necessidade em se abordar ainda mais seriamente a questão habitacional por meio de investimentos na área da habitação dos grandes núcleos urbanos do país.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to present how the housing developed in the post slavery
Brazil and how is the current housing deficit of the great urban centers of the country, given focus to the city of São Paulo. The work also embraces psychosocial studies deriving from the housing influences in order to determine its true importance in the social and family context of individuals. The methodology used for the study was through the literature of the given topics. The main objective of this work was to justify the importance and necessity to address more seriously the housing issue through investments in housing of the great urban centers of the country.

INTRODUÇÃO
Estudar a gênese da habitação urbana e conferir a importância que tem o papel da moradia no âmbito social, psicológico e familiar do indivíduo é de extrema relevância a arquitetos, sociólogos e, principalmente, às autoridades encarregadas de fornecer uma moradia digna a todos os cidadãos.
