Resumo
O presente artigo tem como objetivo conscientizar as organizações dos benefícios gerados pela aplicação do endomarketing na Indústria farmacêutica capaz de proporcionar um ambiente motivado e focado com os seus objetivos, gerando lucros, satisfação dos clientes internos e baixa rotatividade dos colaboradores. O crescimento e a internacionalização da economia ocorrido nas últimas décadas promoveu a sofisticação dos mercados intensificando a necessidade da reorganização dos fatores produtivos e os modos de gestão empresarial com a finalidade de compatibilizar a organização com os novos padrões de qualidade e produtividade.
Esse artigo pretende construir uma perspectiva crítica sobre o tema a prática do endomarketing na indústria farmacêutica.

Abstract
The present article has as objective to acquire knowledge the organizations of the benefits generated for the application of endomarketing in the pharmaceutical Industry capable to provide to an environment motivated and focado with its objectives, generating profits, satisfaction of the internal customers and low rotation of the collaborators. The growth and the internationalization of the economy occurred in the last decades the necessity of the reorganization of the productive factors and the ways of enterprise management with the purpose promoted the sophistication of the markets intensifying to make compatible the organization with the new standards of quality and productivity.
