RESUMO
Esta atividade favorece a auto-aprendizagem no desenvolvimento das competências requeridas para promover o estudo da atual conjuntura do ordenamento constitucional brasileiro, com ênfase na introdução do Direito Constitucional, Poder Constituinte, correlacionando a Constituição Brasileira quanto a estabilidade e as características, espécies e limites do poder constituinte derivado, destacando as principais características e diferenças existentes entre espécies de reformas constitucionais. Além de estudar a classificação dos direitos fundamentais e identificar os direitos fundamentais de 1ª dimensão estabelecidos pela Carta Magna e identificar os argumentos a favor e contrários à redução da maioridade penal.

ABSTRACT
This activity promotes self-learning in developing the skills required to promote the study of the current situation of the Brazilian constitutional order, with emphasis on the issue of constitutional law, constituent power, correlating the Brazilian Constitution and the stability and characteristics, species and limits of derived constituent power, highlighting key features and differences between existing species of constitutional reforms. In addition to studying the classification of fundamental rights and identify the fundamental rights of 1st dimension established by the Constitution and identify the arguments for and against the reduction of legal age.
